We are partnering with Olive Odyssey - a Palestinian collective dedicated to sharing the rich heritage of Palestinian farmers and their generational farms. Palestine has some of the oldest olive trees that produce the most nutrient dense olive oil in the world, with original variety trees dating back to 4,000 years ago. Some families have trees passed down for generations! Olive trees are a powerful symbol of the deep connection and care that Palestinians have with their land and their culture. The heart of Palestinians and the roots of the olive tree have been intertwined for thousands of years. Since the brutal occupation, the olive tree and its strong roots symbolize resistance and resilience for the people of Palestine.
For this fourth drop we have five incredible Palestinian farmers. All olives are hand nurtured and rain fed from ancient olive trees in Palestine.

Each jar is 2 oz. By purchasing a jar, you support each farmer, their livelihoods and their land. With every lotion, you will receive a farmer's card to get to know the individual farmer that created the olive oil in your jar.
With every jar purchased, we will be donating a portion to: THE SAMEER PROJECT. A Palestinian run initiative working to supply emergency shelters and aid to displaced families. They team up with other Palestinian run organizations, like Translating Falasteen, to carry out food and water distributions in the most affected neighborhoods in Northern Gaza, as well as carry out a number of workshops on first aid training for mothers, nurse-led hygiene workshops for preventative measures against diseases, and provide children and adults with self care essentials. (The list goes on, they are amazing!)
We are so grateful to partner with Olive Odyssey, for opening up a gateway for Palestinian farmers to connect with people around the world! Through these stories and through olive oil, we can all come together to form a circle of support; nurturing not only the trees, but also the futures of Palestinian families.

Hello - I’m Stevie! This probably has taken me a while to write but here we go. Once upon a time, on my 25th birthday while working as a barista in NYC, I decided to take on the challenge of being trash free. Yeah, I was that kinda girl, haha. What sparked this was my friend and hobby mycologist, Nico, always ranting and raving about how amazing mushrooms and fungi were. He let me borrow a book all about mycelium and I was hooked!
What specifically blew me away was how these quiet yet powerful underground mycelia and fungi beings do SO much for our existence. They are recyclers, regenerators, and communicators of the natural world, and without them, we probably wouldn’t exist in the way that we do. Anyways, getting to know Fungi led me on the path to believing that, I too, had the ability to be a steward of the planet like a little mushroom is!
SO this trash free journey meant using up everything in my house that was in plastic, and replacing them with zero waste items. Enter in skin care!
