At this time, we do not offer refunds. You may exchange unopened, unused products in store within 30 days. Please email refillerysupplyco@gmail.com if you receive a defective item or if you have any questions and we will respond within 48 hours.

*Please note, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have shipped from our location. Any issues will need to be sorted with your local delivery service.
