About the Author:
Joanna Greenbaum is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a certified Menstrual Cycle Coach. She also works with OCD and Anxiety in addition to her focus in menstrual cycles. She is the author of Mindful Menstruation: A Practical Guide to Menstrual Cycles and Mental Health and the founder of In Flow Psychology. Joanna also creates educational content on social media under the account @inflowwithjo.
