All candles are hand-poured in our studio using soy wax made from USA-grown soybeans and premium blends of essential and fragrance oils.

Trim wick to 1/4 inch before every lighting. Keep candle wick centered and free of any foreign objects including wick trimmings. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time, and always burn on a level fire-resistant surface. Never leave candle burning unattended, and discontinue use when 1/4 inch of wax remains.

In the spring of 2015, wife, mother and military veteran, Melissa Burgess received a DIY candle-kit for her birthday and quickly fell in love with the candle-making process. After signing up for a handful of local maker's markets, Melissa's intoxicating blends and strong fragrant throws quickly gained the attention of consumers and retailers all across the country. Each and every Craft + Foster candle is hand-poured in our seaside studio using natural soy wax, cotton core wicks, premium oil blends and finished with a muted packaging that allows our unique fragrances to speak for themselves.
